Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transportation services (“Services”) provided by the Company (“we,” “us,” “our”) to any client (“you,” “your”). By booking or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
We operate in: (California, Arizona, Las Vegas Area)
All bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and compliance with these Terms.
Service Types
We offer two service types:
Transfer / Distance Service: A point‑to‑point trip between a pickup and drop‑off location.
Pricing is based on distance, route, and selected vehicle.
Hourly Service: A continuous, on‑duty chauffeur service for a set number of hours.
Pricing is based on time and includes a mileage allowance.
Rates
Our standard rates are as follows:
Black Luxury Sedan: $3.50 per mile (minimum $75) / $85 per hour (minimum 2 hours).
Black SUV Suburban: $4.50 per mile (minimum $95) / $110 per hour (minimum 2 hours).
Luxury Black SUV Escalade: $5.50 per mile (minimum $120) / $135 per hour (minimum 2 hours).
Luxury Sprinter (12 Passengers): $15.50 per mile (minimum $930) / $235 per hour (minimum 4 hours).
Jet‑Style Sprinter (7 Passengers): $9.50 per mile (minimum $570) / $150 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Rates may vary based on demand, special events, or operational requirements.
Hourly Service Policy
Hourly service is intended for local, continuous travel within the booked region.
Hourly bookings include: 15 miles per hour of service, example (4‑hour booking → 60 miles included)
Additional Mileage: Any mileage exceeding the included allowance will be billed at the applicable extra‑mile rate for the selected vehicle. Mileage is determined by (Odometer readings, Driver reporting). The Company’s mileage calculation is final and binding.
Customer Agreement to Pay Additional Miles: By booking an hourly service, the customer expressly agrees to pay all additional mileage charges incurred beyond the included 15 miles per hour. This agreement applies regardless of (Route taken, Traffic conditions, Number of stops, Passenger requests, Whether the trip remains within the same city, Whether the client was aware of mileage accumulation). Hourly service does not include unlimited mileage, and all excess mileage will be billed to the payment method on file.
Intended Use: Hourly service is designed for (Local travel, Multi‑stop itineraries, Restaurant, event, and meeting transportation, On‑duty standby service).
Prohibited Use: Hourly service may not be used for (Long‑distance travel, Trips that exceed reasonable mileage for the booked duration, Interstate travel without prior approval, attempting to use hourly service as a substitute for long‑distance transfers). If a trip is deemed excessive or outside the intended scope, we may (Adjust the invoice, add mileage surcharges, Convert the booking to a distance‑based transfer, Decline continuation of service).
Transfer / Distance Service
Transfer service pricing is based on: (Pickup and drop‑off locations, Route distance, Selected vehicle, Tolls, parking, and additional fees). Transfers do not include additional stops unless pre‑approved. Unauthorized stops may result in additional charges or conversion to hourly service.
Booking Requirements
Accurate Information: You must provide accurate (Pickup location, Drop‑off location (for transfers), Service duration (for hourly)). Providing false or incomplete information may result in cancellation or additional charges.
Intended Area Disclosure (Hourly): Clients must disclose the general areas the service will cover at the comment section. This is required to prevent misuse of hourly service and ensure proper pricing.
Waiting Time & On‑Duty Time
All time during the booking — including: (Waiting, Standby, Traffic delays, Loading/unloading, Passenger delays) …counts toward the booked hours. If service exceeds the booked duration, overtime will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
No‑Show & Cancellation Policy
No‑Show: A booking is considered a no‑show if (The client is not present at the pickup location, The client cannot be contacted, the driver waits beyond the included grace period). Full fare will be charged.
Cancellation: Cancellations must follow the cancellation window provided at booking. Late cancellations may incur full or partial charges.
Safety & Conduct
Passenger Conduct: Passengers must behave responsibly and comply with all safety instructions. Prohibited behaviors include (Smoking or vaping, Drug use, Aggressive or unsafe conduct, Damaging the vehicle).
Damage Fees: Any damage caused by the client or their party will be billed at (Repair cost, Cleaning cost, Loss‑of‑use fees).
Liability & Limitations
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by (Traffic, Weather, Road closures, Law enforcement activity, Mechanical issues, Events beyond our control).
Missed Flights & Events: We are not liable for (Missed flights, Missed events, Missed reservations, Indirect or Consequential damages).
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for (Lost items, Forgotten items, Damaged personal property). Clients must check the vehicle before exiting.
Travel Risks: By using our Services, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. The Company is not liable for injuries, delays, or incidents outside our control.
Payment & Billing
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for (Extra mileage, Overtime, Tolls, Parking, Cleaning fees, Damage fees, Special requests).
Final Invoice: The final invoice may be adjusted after the trip based on (Actual mileage, Actual duration, Additional services requested, Driver reports).
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if (Passenger behavior is unsafe, The itinerary violates policy, The trip exceeds reasonable mileage, The client misuses hourly service, The driver feels unsafe). No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of (California (for CA bookings), Arizona (for AZ bookings), Nevada (for Las Vegas bookings)). Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

By booking or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
